We are seeking a responsible and compassionate individual to care for two children, ages 12 and 10, until early August. This full-time position requires supervision Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities:**
- Ensure children's safety and well-being
- Engage in age-appropriate activities
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Assist with summer homework
- Manage conflicts and behavioral issues

**Special Requirements:**
One child age 12 has autism and requires constant supervision. Experience with special needs children is highly preferred.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior childcare experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

**Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday, approximately hours per day may vary
- Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends is a plus
