I just need someone to watch my 3 year old little girl, Mae, starting at 3pm (when I leave for work) until sometime between 5 and 8pm (when her dad gets home), 2-4 days/week. She is significantly delayed in speech and social/emotional development so I need someone with a lot of patience and experience in those areas. She's still in diapers but we are trying with potty training so that would also be a plus but not necessarily a necessity. The only mealtimes I would ask for help would be snack, and possibly the occasional dinner if her dad is running late but she loves easy mac so nothing big. Lol! Also, we are in the process of remodeling so if you prefer to watch her somewhere else, that is possible and can be discussed further.
