Dad has dementia. Need help during the day with toileting and just keeping an eye on him. He is physically fine but does not quite understand what is going on. He will listen to prompts but may have to be prompted several times and give small gentle nudges. For example, he may not sit on the toilet seat by himself but has to be told and gently nudged down for him to realize he has to sit.
