ASL Part-time Nanny for 21 month old baby girl

Family of five. My wife and I have 3 children.
11, 10, and 21 months. Our 21 month old would be the focal point of the care we are looking for.
Interested in someone who is deaf or hard of hearing and knows ASL because our baby girl is profoundly deaf, and we would love someone who can fully communicate with her. Basic duties would be playing, preparing snacks/meals, and diaper changes for little one.
Requirements
- Multi-lingual
Speaks: American Sign language, English
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
